The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas, February 2014, Edition, prepared by the Oswego Planning Commission, is by reference incorporated in and made part of this chapter and article as fully as though set out at length herein and is adopted as the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Oswego, Kansas. Said regulations have subsequently been amended by Ordinance No. 1396.

The Zoning District Boundary Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas, is by reference incorporated in and by this publication made part of this chapter and article as fully as though set out a length herein and is adopted as the Zoning District Boundary Map for the City of Oswego, Kansas. This shall include the database of zoning codes associated with individual ownerships within the City. Said map has subsequently been amended by Ordinance Nos. 1369, 1370, 1430, 1431, 1432, 1433 and 1434.
