ARTICLE 1. ZONING REGULATIONS
16-101 Zoning regulations incorporated.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas, February 2014, Edition, prepared by the Oswego Planning Commission, is by reference incorporated in and made part of this chapter and article as fully as though set out at length herein and is adopted as the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Oswego, Kansas.
Said regulations have been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.

16-102 Zoning district boundary map.
The Zoning District Boundary Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas, is by reference incorporated in and by this publication made part of this chapter and article as fully as though set out a length herein and is adopted as the Zoning District Boundary Map for the City of Oswego, Kansas. This shall include the database of zoning codes associated with individual ownerships within the City.
Said map has been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.

16-103 Copies made available to the public.
No fewer than three (3) copies of the Zoning Ordinance marked “Official Copy as Incorporated by Ordinance No. 1322 of the City of Oswego,” and to which shall be attached a published copy of said ordinance or this code section, shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
